The Core Science GCSE course deliverd in year 10 is split into two halfs, Science 1a & 1b. This allows the students to the first series of exams half way though the year and the second half in the summer of year 10. All exams in year 10 are multiple choice & the topics covered are listed below and are hyperlinked to the relevant section on the BBC Bitesize website.
